We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders

Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium Italian sportswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • All footwear (due to direct contact with feet)
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Important: This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package items – Securely pack items in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Exchange Policy
